Return Policy

1. Physical products

If you purchased a paper edition of the book, you have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to the Consumer Protection Act.

For the return to be accepted:

• the book must be in its original condition - unused and undamaged;
• Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Once we receive the returned book, the refund will be made within 14 days via bank transfer.

2. Digital products

Digital products (PDF, EPUB, video) are not subject to returns or refunds .
